Ali has such vast experience and knowledge as a practice nurse, here and in the UK.  She has acquired many skillsets as a practice nurse and works diligently and with a sharp sense of humour.  I don’t know how she does it, but she never looks frazzled under pressure, just focused on the issue at hand.
