Appointments

Independent GPs may use AI to automate patient notes to save time and improve patient care. Your consultation is recorded then the AI tool transcribes the recording in real time to the AI tool's server and then is linked to your notes. Your consent is sought and the platform we use fully complies with the Australian Privacy Principals.

We welcome you into our clinic – please wear your mask if you have any infectious symptoms before you enter and let our receptionists know.  Your GP will care for you in full protective equipment.  Telephone consultations will attract a rebate from Medicare if you have attended in person for consultation (including immunisation) in the past 12 months.  We aim to keep well people separated from sick people.

We offer telephone/telehealth appointments online via Automed and reserve a few appointments each day for people who need to be seen on the day.

We use secure service via our online provider Automed.  You can download the AMS Connect app to your smart phone, follow the instructions to link it to MMVC and click on Telehealth Appointments at the time your consultation is booked.  Your GP may run late and they will ping your phone when they are ready.
