Every 4 years we are accredited against a set of standards that are assembled by the Royal Australian College of GPs (RACGP). This ensures we are up to date with our systems and we continue to improve the quality of our practice and our service to our patients.
We are visited by 2 surveyors who review all our policies and procedures, interview staff and patient feedback. A GP may view patient notes to ensure patient care and records are current and adequate. These surveys are always performed with the strictest of confidence.
