COVID-19 in 2020

We just want to than thank our local community for complying with restrictions and keeping our doctors and staff here safe.

2020 has been a very challenging year for all of us with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to limit movement in the community to stop the spread of the disease, we had to make the decisions quickly. We needed to balance the risk of a GP/staff member contracting the virus and shutting the practice down with our desire to continue to serve the community with whom we have a long standing and valued relationship. In March we opted to offer telephone appointments first to manage our patient’s conditions either by phone or in person as needed.

With your help, we have managed to keep our practice safe. We want to reassure you that it is safe to come into the practice for routine care or investigate any symptoms you may have. Our concern now is for our patients who have engaged with us on a regular basis and are now delaying their routine care. We have all found our emotional and mental health impacted from time to time. You don’t need to suffer in silence, we are here for you.
